Choosing the Right Pack – A Simple Guide

1. Where do you want to cover?

• Floor pan only → Pack 1
• Floor pan + doors → Pack 2
• Full vehicle (floor pan, doors, and roof) → Pack 3

 

2. Optional Upgrade – Extra Sound Deadener for the Cargo Area

The ribbed cargo area design naturally helps to reduce vibration and noise, so sound deadener is not included as standard—keeping both costs and weight (approximately 7kg) down.

However, many customers prefer to fully insulate the cargo area floor for complete coverage and a uniform finish. If you choose this optional upgrade, you’ll further reduce vibration noise, creating an even quieter and more insulated ride.

Facelift 76 Series: These packs already includes enough sound deadener to cover the cargo area, so no extra purchase is required.

Older 76 Series:

• If you want full coverage, you will need an extra box of Stage 1 Sound Deadener.
• If you're conscious of weight and cost, Stage 2 Mass Noise Liner applied over the ribbed area still provides a significant reduction in noise and heat, making full coverage optional.

 

New vs. Older 76 Series – Key Differences

This sound deadening pack is available for both the original and facelift 76 Series LandCruiser models.

Facelift 76 Series Notice:

• The new model does not have clearance under the rear seats for Mass Noise Liner (MNL), so this section has been adjusted.
• Instead, Stage 1 Sound Deadener placement has been optimised in this area to ensure maximum noise reduction without affecting fitment.
• This reallocation means there is enough sound deadener to cover the cargo area at no extra cost.
• See product photos for placement details to ensure correct installation.

Older 76 Series Notice:

• Mass Noise Liner is installed under the rear seats, meaning there is not enough Stage 1 Sound Deadener included to cover the cargo area.
• An extra box of Stage 1 Sound Deadener is required for full cargo area coverage.
• If weight and cost are a concern, the Stage 2 Mass Noise Liner over the ribbed cargo area still provides significant soundproofing and insulation, making full coverage optional.

Premium Floor Pan & Doors Pack (Pack 2) – Covers Floor Pan, Inner Quarter Panels, Rear Wheel Arches & Doors

▪ Applied to the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, rear wheel arches, and inside the doors to reduce noise and vibration.

• Older 76 Series: 4 pre-cut sheets covering the full floor pan.
• Facelift 76 Series: 3 pre-cut sheets covering the floor pan (excluding under the rear seats due to clearance).
