Whether you’re tackling long highway drives or off-road adventures, this pack is designed to reduce road noise, block heat transfer, and improve cabin comfort.

Each pack provides maximum coverage using high-quality materials engineered for Australian conditions.

 

Choosing the Right Pack – A Simple Guide

Picking the right pack comes down to two key factors:

1️⃣ Where do you want to cover?

• Floor pan only → Standard Pack 1 or Premium Pack 2
• Floor pan + doors → Premium Pack 3
• Full vehicle (floor pan, doors, and roof) → Premium Pack 4

 

2️⃣ What type of underlay do you prefer?

• Standard (Waterproof Underlay – peel & stick foam) → Pack 1
• Premium (Mass Noise Liner – superior sound-blocking blanket, removable if the vehicle is submerged) → Pack 2, 3, or 4

 

Optional Upgrade – Extra Sound Deadener for the Cargo Area

The ribbed cargo area design naturally helps to reduce vibration and noise, which is why sound deadener is not included as standard—keeping both costs and weight (approximately 7kg) down.

However, many customers prefer to fully insulate the cargo area floor for complete coverage and a uniform finish. If you choose this optional upgrade, you’ll further reduce vibration noise, creating an even quieter and more insulated ride.

* If selecting this option, apply Stage 1 Sound Deadener before installing the Mass Noise Liner (MNL) in the cargo area.

 

Standard Pack (Pack 1) – Covers Floor Pan, Inner Quarter Panels & Rear Wheel Arches

Total weight: Approx. 30kg

✔ 3 Boxes (5.4 sq/m) of Stage 1 Sound Deadener
   ▪ Applied to the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, and rear wheel arches to reduce panel vibrations and road noise.

✔ 2 Boxes (3.6 sq/m) of Waterproof Carpet Underlay
   ▪ A 10mm thick closed-cell foam, peel & stick for easy installation.
   ▪ Installed on top of the Stage 1 Sound Deadener on the floor pan to provide insulation against heat, reduce noise, and replicate factory underlay.

✔ 1 Sheet (1.5 sq/m) of Mass Noise Liner (MNL)
   ▪ Installed directly onto the cargo area sheet metal as a removable sound blanket to block low-frequency noise.

✔ Install Kit – Application Roller, Utility Knife & Aluminium Foil Tape

 Best for: General noise & heat reduction with a waterproof underlay.

Premium Floor Pan Pack (Pack 2) – Covers Floor Pan, Inner Quarter Panels & Rear Wheel Arches

   ▪ Applied to the floor pan, firewall, inner quarter panels, and rear wheel arches for maximum noise control.

✔ 3 Sheets (4.5 sq/m) of Mass Noise Liner (MNL)
   ▪ Installed on the floor pan under the carpet from the front cabin to the rear cargo area, providing luxury vehicle-level sound blocking.
   ▪ Can be removed if the vehicle is flooded and placed back once dry.

✔ 1 Sheet (1.5 sq/m) of Mass Noise Liner (MNL)
   ▪ Installed in the cargo area as a removable sound blanket to block road and exhaust noise.
